Why do you need an EPC?
If you are selling or renting your property, you will require a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). An accredited and suitably qualified Energy Assessor should be appointed to produce the EPC before you market your property.
The EPC must then be made available to potential purchasers or tenants completely free of charge. It must be lodged on a central government database and will be valid for 10 years.

Kestrel EPCs will verify if an EPC is required for your building. Surveys are undertaken throughout the North of England.
Domestic EPCs | From £65
Kestrel are mindful that the survey takes place in your home, so discretion is guaranteed.
